What you will need to be a contractor
- Your own cleaning or gardening equipment
- ABN
- Public Liability Insurance- $10m
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Be based on the Gold Coast, Logan, Beenleigh or Surrounding Areas
- Prior residential experience
We Offer You Clients
As a contractor, we aim to offer as many clients as you’re able to commit to, with a minimum commitment of 2 days per week. Of course, you may already have your own existing clients, so just let us know which days and times you’re available to fit around your current schedule.
You Choose Your Jobs
We understand you have other responsibilities or priorities. So we work with you to make sure the jobs we offer meet your needs. Such as within close proximity to your location.
Ongoing, Reliable Work
Unlike one off jobs, our NDIS Participants need regular support. Once you have accepted a new job, that client now becomes an ongoing job for you either weekly or fortnightly.
Weekly Payments
You don't need to chase clients for money. You submit your invoice using our contractor portal each week and you are paid the following week.
Meaningful Work
Support NDIS participants in their daily lives. Your work makes a real difference and is genuinely appreciated.
Supportive Team Culture
We genuinely care about our team members. We listen to your availability, preferences and goals, and aim to make you feel part of a supportive team, not just another contractor.
No Fees
We don't charge fees for referring clients to our cleaners and gardeners. We just ask that you be reliable, honest, friendly and do a good job for our clients.

We take your preferred working areas into account when allocating services, helping you stay closer to home and maintain a practical and manageable schedule.
You’re Supported
As part of our contractor team, we maintain regular communication and provide systems to make your work easier.
Home Visit Completed - Before You Attend
You will never be sent to a home that we haven’t visited first.

Important Information & Link
NDIS Worker Screening
Required clearance for anyone working with NDIS participants. The NDIS Worker Screening Check (commonly known as the Yellow Card in Queensland) ensures workers are approved to safely support people with disability. All team members must hold a valid clearance before commencing services.

NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Online training module to help workers to better support people with disability. This module is an interactive online course that explains the obligations of workers under the NDIS Code of Conduct – from the perspective of NDIS participants. All contractors working for NDIS Providers are required to complete the module as part of their induction process.
